Understanding the niche interest for Celtic Christian-themed pilgrimages, and given Culture Honey’s steady focus on Paris since our Travel & Culture magazine‘s launching in 2015 – we recognize that in addition to the deeper times of spiritual seeking and the quiet of modern pilgrimage, we humans also need times of joy and great celebration. In fact, as one preacher is like to say, “hard times require furious dancing“!
SO! As we approach 2025 together with a measure of uncertainty, and in some cases real trepidation (!), for those who are able; our founder, Georgia Sanders offers, “perhaps the planned moments of delight that are available with exploring travel will provide an antidote to political and humanitarian bleakness with an elixir to continue to live and love with strong joy”! We know that travel has the ability to provide the opportunity to expand and see life differently, newly – and that knowing something of another culture’s blessings and struggles can give us strength to walk the pathways of our own lives back at home.
