Bill Clark currently serves as the Northwest Regional Director of Peace Catalyst International. He and his wife Julie lived and worked in China teaching English for 10 years before moving to Kazakhstan in 1996, where they lived and raised their family for another 14 years. Father of three and grandfather of 6, Bill also currently teaches at Northwest University and also focus on raising awareness about the persecution of the Uigher people in the Xinjiang region of China.
