So, when Anthony Bourdain says in No Reservations – Rome that he is not going to give out the name of a particular restaurant/cafe, you know the internet (yes, there is an entity simply known as “THE INTERNET”, or even better, “THE EMAIL”, just ask my mother-in-law) is going to bust him on it. Well, so did we – here are the pix, and if you get the chance to go, Culture Honey adds our recommendations as well!
P.S….. Uuhh, actually the restaurant is now posted on the No Reservations Travel Channel site (link below)… Oh, well, it was secret for about a split second!
Here’s why you come (and even without the name of the dish, but it’s “Cacio e Pepe”, they know what you want). Oh, and I think they highly recommend this white wine too… : )
It actually got so warm on the patio that we asked to move in! The interior was a charming place for a long meal : )
And here’s a reason to stay…the DESSERT (dolce), a specialty of the house, like an apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream – YUM!!
